Is is possible to get it to us for the June 12th Meeting ?
BTW - I didn't mean to imply that you should pay for all of the bait, just trying to give an amount for the logistics of it all., since it seems that we will be providing for about 35-guest families, et al, at present about 250-275-people will be there.

For example 35-special needs kids, with sibling, and two parents average = 140- people
Captains / Helpers 70-people
Shore Helpers ...........and ground support staff 30-

SUB-TOTAL = 240+ guests for the day's activities..MINIMUM

Yup I just stopped at Dick's and picked up a crapload of stuff so I will bring it to the meeting on the 12th ! and the Check was sent today from the UBBB !

I have the tackle covered as well bottom rigs,hooks,weights etc put the UBBB down for that as well !!

Phil (and I) have already talked to Tony at Tochterman's about the tackle boxes...along with some bottom rigs, sinkers, floats, hooks ans maybe some Fishbites included.

Phil will have one of them with him for the June 12th meeting along with the final cost Tony is able to work out.

The UBBB could supply a couple of bottom rigs, sinkers and some hooks per boat to be used that day though, so the kids wouldn't need to use theirs.

Guys-don't worry about buying the bait.Most boats bring some-plus Warren's gets us the bloodworms on Thursday.This gives me time to "pep talk" them. These little blood suckers go all out for the kids .WAF will have 1 dozen for each boat-at least. Skip

Offshore Performance the boat dealership in Grasonville Md. Has contacted Shakespere for the Rods and Reels. Waiting for an answer at this time. Should know more for the June 12th meeting.

Many Thanks to Mike B, and Frank ( Warhorse), and everyone else involved with our event , this year, and for their efforts to help the kids ! The Annapolis Committee participants, and sponsors have done an excellent job in preparing for this year's event, considering that this is probably the largest undertaking, in our area, providing the opportunity for 35-families to participate, at one gathering.

June 12th is an important date for the planning of this event, on July 21st, 2007, I must emphasize the importance of getting the final supplies, and donations / committments in our hands, so that we have time to order, what we are missing for our event. Your anticipated co-operation is appreciated.
