    BIG!!!
Nice catch, hard to say how much it weighed without a girth number. I have caught 40 - 45" fish that were shaped like a baseball bat and fat as a pot bellied pig.

it was the biggest drum i have ever seen. EVER... I caught a 51" that was just under 51lbs (50.86).. This fish was 56 and 13/16ths...If it wasnt for the spots, you would have thought it was a black.. just curious though

Yeah i saw that! i mean.. we caught some nice ones up to 50lbs.. But this fish was visibly larger by 10-20lbs. i mean i can really be sure how much.. we didnt have the scale on our first trip out. But we went back to get it after the fish, go figure. To us it was better to let it go than it was to kill it. I mean, i would say 60lbs is for sure.. maybe 70? i caught a 51lb cobia about 10 min after that.. and my cobia, wasnt even close... Im still speechless
