    Default Hot Crab Dip

    This is THE BOMB!!

    Hot Crab Dip

1 pound of jumbo lump crabmeat
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 8 oz. packages softened cream cheese
1 8 oz. container of sour cream
    1 tablespoon dry mustard
    4 heaping tablespoons of mayo
    paprika

Combine cream cheese, sour cream, dry mustard, and mayo in large mixing bowl. Blend together until smooth. Gradually fold in 3/4 of cheddar cheese. Then fold in lump meat. Pour in shallow baking dish. Spread remaining cheddar cheese on top and lightly sprinkle with paprika. Cover and bake @ 325 degrees for 35 minutes until edges are bubbly and cheese on top is melted. Serve with crackers - Town House or Club are best. ENJOY!!!

I love this receipe- only thing different that I do is use Old bay instead of paprika and i sometime use mexican cheese for a little different flavor.
