Monthly Meeting

We had our regular monthly meeting tonight. The attendance was a poor showing which I am guessing has something to do with the great bite that has been going on and the nearly calm winds this evening.

Those who were not there missed a fairly informational presentation about the reef program. They are ready to begin placing debris on the Poquoson River site and we should see something going down within the next few weeks. The Bluefish rock reef is behind that in schedule but by fall we should see something going in there.

We missed those who were not able to attend. Several nice fish were recognized including a number of citation drum and a flounder and a huge mako caught by one of our lady anglers. Go fishing! But don't forget our meetings, friends.

The crowd was small but it was a great time learning about the reef program. Enjoyed it!

Very informational. I enjoyed listening to Mike. Learned a lot about the reef process.
