    Default Rockfish Marinade

    I'm going to grille rockfish for supper this evening and would like to experiment with a marinade. Anyone ever tried eather Zesty Italian Dressing or Teriyaki Marinade for Rockfish?

    The Italian dressing is ok for rockfish. But my favorite is vinegar, then bake with butter and crab seasoning.
