08-03-2007 Bandit's 2nd Citation

[Third Child]

Headed out 4:30am Friday on Bandit with Wayne, Capt. Bremer, Marvin, Danny, Andrew and myself. Took a SE heading below the weather buoy. After a few changes to the spread, our first hook-up was a nice 49lb yellowfin.




Second hook-up gave us a second citation on our 3rd offshore trip. Here is Danny working on that 55lb Wahoo.

We added a couple of mahis to the days mix to make a great meal at Waterman's Restaurant that night. More Orange Crushes and fun that evening. Below is our crew & fish:

Thanks for the report Hank. Congrats to Danny on reeling in the 55lb. Citation Wahoo! Man, what a nice fish! Took the fish to Waterman's later that night and enjoyed a Fisherman's feast with Tuna, Wahoo and Dolphin. Can't say enough good things about Mike Standing and his staff at Waterman's. Thanks also to Andrew Norris for bringing his lucky Tiagra 50 aboard which hooked the Wahoo.

All in all a very nice day on the water with great weather and good friends!
