    Default Capt Dale's Crab Soup

    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup pancake batter or flour
    2 cups chicken broth
    1 quart half & half
    1 milk or cream
    1/2 tablespoon Old Bay or seafood seasoning of your choice
    1 tablespoon parsley
    1 tablespoon dry mustard
    1 tablespoon of celery flakes
    1/2 tablespoon onion flakes
    1 LB Crab Meat

    Melt butter in large pot. Stir in batter and blend till smooth. Slowly stir in
    chicken broth and simmer for 2 minutes. Slowly stir in half & half and milk.
    Stir occasionally, add seasoning and all spices until thickened, add crabmeat.
    Heat thoroughtly over low flame.
    This will feed family of four.

    That should be 1 CUP of Milk.

    As a matter of fact i did altho it took me a while to repost it was delicous can't wait til crab season to get some more with fresh this time
