    Default NNK Potomac/VA regulations

    How does it work as far as regulations go in VA? If I am fishing in the Potomac, I can keep rock, but I can't in VA...so can I keep them and bring them back to VA? Or only if I run the boat up on the beach at the cottage and offload?

    You can transport them back as long as you don't stop and do anything that resembles fishing. Flounder are the same way. 15" in the Potomac and 18.5" in Va. waters. Grab a regulations sheet, RW's has those too.
