    Default Fall rigging get together!

I figured this may be a good time to discuss and set a date for a fall rigging get together. My thoughts were to do something in November perhaps even early December before Striper season gets hot. I think focusing on rigging artificials would be a good thing to do this time and of course we would have a refresher on Ballyhoo rigging. Some of the topics I have in mind are rigging a Green Machine, rigging a spreader bar, rigging daisy chains, hook sharpening, variations on leader construction (wind-ons and such), Planer rod rigging and whatever else anyone can think of. I would like to hear thoughts on this when you all get a chance. Of course it will be all free and will be held at my house again. Donations for supplies simply to help offset the cost from supporting TF businesses would be greatly appreciated and we will be sure mention anyone who contributes.

Let me know what you all think!!

    Lou,

It's a long ways off (and hopefully we'll still be tuna fishing in late Novemeber :) but I'll try to make it down for this...Be happy to contribute but not sure what I'd bring to the table vs some other more experienced guys.

    Anyway, keep me in mind

    Hey Lou,

Once you get a date hammered out let us know. I'd like to come down and learn how to rig mullet or spanish macs. and of course enjoy a beverage or two.

Have you thought about anybody bringing a dish or something for some good eats? I can make a crockpot of BBQ up if some one wants to get the rolls and slaw.

Yes it is open to everyone and some wild game snacks would be appreciated. I will look at a calendar and come up with a date.
