    What areas do you typically find bluewing teal in virginia. (saltwater,creeks,small ponds,tidal rivers,hydrilla beds) I have killed a few in the october season, but I don't know that i have ever seen any in September.

    cool usually don't see them until sept 14-18 must be early this year.

    I fished a tourny last week on the Hudson river and saw hundreds of of Bluewings, so there heading south.

    I HUNTED LOWER VA BEACH YESTERDAY AND DIDN'T see 1 SINGLE TEAL! AND THEN SCOUTED FOR 5HRS INTO EVERY CREEK AND MARSH I COULD FIND AND NOTHING TO BE SEEN. How did anyone else do?
