    Default islamorada boat/trailer storage

Looking to spend 3 weeks in islamorada 11/26 to 12/17 and need a place for my 19' whaler and trailer. Anyone have any suggestions for wet/dry storage locations.

Craig - Check out ..VRBO® is Vacation Rentals by Owner® Vacation Homes Rentals by Owner (Vacation Rentals by Owner). I booked/stayed at a place called Futura Yacht Club in Islamorada that was outstanding... and CHEAP. 2BR Condo for ~1100.00 for the week. They've got a boat trailer lot as well as a boat ramp on site. It's a gated/secure development, so no worries about leaving your stuff out at night.

Futura sounds like it's what you're looking for.

Cool deal... you'll have a blast. Did you get a unit in the big building, or one on the water with a slip? Both are great. Do yourself a favor and go to "Bob's Buns" for breakfast... outstanding breakfasts/pastries.

ALSO - Lazy Dayz resturant is fantastic... and they'll "cook your catch"... MAKE SURE you get'em to prepare it "Lazy Dayz Style". We've been trying to re-create it here at home, and have come close.

OT as far as where to park the boat, but make sure you drop into Porky's at Mile Marker 47 as well...they'll cook your catch and have killer fish and conch on the menu with their famous BBQ...sadly, for our Brit friends, the beer always seems to be ice cold (goes great with the smoked fish spread!) and the drinks well mixed. Right on the roadside, a real "joint" looking place full of really great folks from everywhere...and the view is of their cove and charter fleet.

They usually have good fishing reports for the Seven Mile Bridge area.

    Have a great trip!

Craig - Make sure to go to the Loreli... great little pub on the water. Good eats too.
