Anybody got one? Or any other squirrel recipes?
just like chipped beef gravy or sausage gravy. use flour, water,milk, worchestershire, s/p, maybe paprika if you like it hot and i might even throw in a bit of a dark beer like yuengling or bass.let it all simmer and throw in the meat until it gets thick....throw it over some fresh biskits or toast and it will knock your socks off. try doin squirrel pot pie....like chicken pot pie....or even double dipped deep fryed squrriel legs.
