    Question Awesome Grouper Recipe Wanted

    I'm cooking up a little dinner tonight and could use a recipe for GROUPER.

    I'd like to either grill or broil, not fried.

    we always just blacken grouper...throw some butter in a hot pan...apply favorite rub...flip occasionally and make sure you always have enough butter in the pan...makes a hell of a meal
