buying crabs this time of year

will i traded in my crabing gear for my trolling gear and cross bow. I have been down to mel's to buy crabs but i live in baltimore (so it is a long drive). Does anyone know of any closer places with the same price and quality he has? Please let me know. in the next few days im going to be crawling in the woods with some friends looking to get some back strap.

We'll have a few every day this week, weather permitting. Last real run for crabs will be Friday, once again, weather permitting.

Quittin for the season is bitter sweet. You wish you could keep going but its nice to stop. With my new plans for next year, I can't wait to get my operation started back up.

Yeah I think this year were gonna slam them again. Then the year after that, back to the way it was. Waitin til July or Aug. I don't want to wait so right when school gets out I'll be making a run if need be. I gotta have the pots to make it worth it though. Maybe i'll just let them sit unbaited until its time to make sure I get a good spot this year. Me and Chris were drag racing when we were pullin our strings.
