I've been eating fresh caught Walleyes,Crappies,& yellow Perch like this lately.Sautee fish fillets in fresh, finely sliced or minced Garlic,add a dash of seasoned pepper and dill if you like.Cover skillet and cook til done on low heat so as nopt to scorch the butter.Usually 5-10min.Goes well with a salad ,garlic bread and your favorite beverage.
