I took a walk at 4:30 and the winds were light from the SW and by the time I got back at 5 pm the winds shifted North to 12-15 knots. For a brief moment I thought about launching, glad I didn't.

Geez, now it's 20 knots NE. Hope folks didn't get caught out there just as the sun went down that nasty NE wind kicks up.

It is getting windy !

We were out at the 3rd island and you could see the front moving down the bay. It was pretty creepy... and then the wind kicked in (and cold) and we had to haul back to Hampton....

Nice day from about 1:00 to 4:00 though.

Glad I came in @ 1700, next couple of days the wind looks crazy, coming from all directions?

Couldn't get anyone to join me tonight(my fishing buddies are much smarter'n me) but spent 2 hrs looking at fish under my boat enjoying the sunset, turned on Channel 1 and hauled tail just after it got dark. Wind picked up but it was a smooth run in from the 2nd Island to Little Creek. Honey do's for the next few days. Beats working.
