Who can see the seas

Have they calm down like the weatherman said they would or ar they still rough
I wanting to go fishing with out getting a beaten

Looking out at the Bay from the Lesner Bridge area, it looks to be about a foot or so.

The wind has calmed down here.

I see a few boats heading out.
