Just walked in the door from my trip. We release 17 sails in two days fishing. Had a great trip.

Brad--Lance was fishing out of Jaco. the fishing there is good. Carillo & Jaco are firing, have not heard about Quepos. I am in Golfito--the fishing has been good for marlin & dorado, but the sails have not shown in good numbers yet.
where will you be fishing from? when?

I got a report from Dominical. I have heard that the fishing on the Furuno Bank has been really slow. So I guess the Quepos boats are working out front or up the line a bit. The marlin bite has been smoking for the suenos boats but it is along run from what I was told.

Been slammed at work since my return.

The fishing was "off the hook good", and Terp was close...I was under a rum haze for much of the trip, and the Tequila night didn;'t help matters I learned an awful lot on this trip, and I'll be going back first chance I get.

We saw a whole bunch of these out of Los Suenos. We were fishing mostly at "the corner", I'm guessing about 25 miles from the poles.





Oddly enough, we caught more sails than most boats, but never had a single Marlin bite...
