    Tossed a rubber shad at a Long Island North Shore beach this early afternoon.

    I knew it was way too early.

    Wanted to get out.

    No luck.

    where on the north shore-don't live there now but i grew up fishing there-oyster bay/glen cove.

    I usually fish from Sunken Meadow-CSH.

    Yesterday I stopped at Crab Meadow for a little while.

    I worked the creek there.

    I have caught a holdover now and then from that area.

    A couple of stripers being caught here and there around LI.

    Fished at Crab Meadow for an hour and a half today.

    Tossed some rubber shads, Fin-S and small bucktails.

    Nothing.

    Water was very dirty with the East wind.
