    Default Feb. fishing in Keys

I like all kinds of fishing whether back country, reef, or deep sea. I'll have only a day or two in mid Feb. what type of fish will be most active during that time in the Keys? I'll be staying in Marathon, but have no issues heading north or south for more action. I am not bringing my boat I will be hiring a guide. Any advice on guides will be appreciated too.
    Thanks!

check out the post on the sticky page I put a lot of links to get info from...especially check out the weekly fisherman site, guides and other info in there as well

Capt pips has guides and does make up charters for deeper waters and rents boats...BigTime tackle rents boats, has charters out of their place...Marathon Lady is a good half day reef trip for about $55

check out the back posts on the Monroe county forum at boatlessfisherman.com these guys fish all the bridges up and down the Keys...find some of last feb's posts and you know whats around
