You talking inshore? Bones should be back on the flats a bit more consistently. Tarpon around the bridges and cuts. There's always baracuda, and jacks on the bayside around the mangroves (find someplace thats got a deep cut onto a flat and work the edges). Reds out towards Flamingo, possibly snook around the bridges. Man, it's a great time to fish the Keys.
My vote would be to hit the flats over near Flamingo, but you'll need a guide or a local to help you with that. The Sandy Key area is about as much fun as you can have fishing.
