Florida Keys in Mid March?

What (if anything) would be good to target at that time of the year? I'll be staying in Key Largo but I'll be travelling around.

You talking inshore? Bones should be back on the flats a bit more consistently. Tarpon around the bridges and cuts. There's always baracuda, and jacks on the bayside around the mangroves (find someplace thats got a deep cut onto a flat and work the edges). Reds out towards Flamingo, possibly snook around the bridges. Man, it's a great time to fish the Keys.
My vote would be to hit the flats over near Flamingo, but you'll need a guide or a local to help you with that. The Sandy Key area is about as much fun as you can have fishing.

Inshore most likely. Found a website with a calendar, seems like snook, reds and trout are the "hot" bite, with bones coming on a little later. If they have skiff rentals or yaks might try a little of that but probably wading will be my mode of transportation. Thanks for the suggestions!

Check with Bonefish Bob - fly shop - he has maps and can point you in wading directions. I may have a map he marked up if you would like a copy - am in Arlington.

Plenty of Yak rentals in Islamorda (am guessing other parts of the Keys)

Some of the best fishing that I have had in the Keys was in March. However the cold fronts can put a damper on things. Once the water temp hits 72 or higher you can have phenominal fishing for all of the "big three". If though the water temp goes below 72 the bigger cudas come onto the flats. Others have mentioned that the cuts and channels are good places to focus on and they are right. You should have, on the light side an 8 weight with both floating and intermediate as well as a 10 weight. If you go with a guide they will have everything that you could need. The entire length of the Keys offer good if not great fishing during the month of March. Good luck and I look forward to hearing how you did.
