snuck out of work early today, splashed out of Crab Creek @ 1100 & fished for 3 hrs. out around bouy 15, NADA... good marks & the birds were here & there. Lots of military action today. Heard reports that Coast Guard were nailing boats outside EZZ, helos & ribs..

sat. north at 10 does not sound too bad might have to dodge rain drops though.

I was in the same area from 7-11 had 1 missed knock down. About 7:30 or 8, I noticed the birds were all flying east, so I got out the binoculars and saw a massive amount of birds about 3-4 more miles out, it looked like it stretched over a mile. I saw one boat head out but they turned around.

I heard the radio traffic from the Coast Guard today and they were talking about five being 7 to 8 miles off shore. They were calling in the Lats and Longs and requesting them to be checked for distance and recorded.
