Have allot of fish in the freezer from the winter to use up so I invented a great crab/fish cake
2 fillets Rock fish
2 fillets Tog
2 fillets Sea bass
1 Lb Jumbo Lump Crab meat
Old Bay to liking
1 sleeve rits crackers crushed
1 egg
1 tlb dry mustard
3 tlb whoreshire sauce
1-2 tlb hot sauce
1/2 cup mayo
Poach fish till they flake let cool add ingredients in a mixing bowl and make cakes out of them, spray entire cake with virgin olive oil and broil for 15 min
Don't get any better then that !!!
sounds good Mike , will have to try it with some tog fillets
