Fishing the Concrete Ships??

I was wondering whats a good time fish the concrete ships we fished there around april and may last year and had pretty good luck with trout and flounder but what about now?? any thoughts of togs being around there now??

i have caught a few togs over there but few & far between. i think it has to do with them being fish that like depth & cold. i caught a 5 lber w/ otis ricks @ the lesner in 15-20 ft of water. but i don't think that's the norm.

togs are there but the they are hidden inside the ship itself.
