Default Got to Love the Weather Guy

I love it when I go to bed with 5-10 winds in the forecast with a trip planned and wake up with a small craft advisory.....NOT

...small craft advisory now in effect until 10 am est this morning...

.today...ne winds 15 kt...with gusts to 20 kt through early
morning...becoming 10 kt by late morning. waves 2 ft in the
    morning...then 1 foot or less.

I do like this feature of fishweather. You can go back and see what the winds actually did compared to the forecast. Right when I went to bed at 10 pm is when the winds spiked up. I like to review the day once I get back to see how the winds did while you were fishing.

Just be glad that they changed it early, not when you were 40 miles offshore getting crushed, with 25 more miles to go.

I hear ya, Mike. I actually called a buddy of mine in Richmond yesterday and told him to come down for an afternoon of fishing. I hope it lays down...

Thumbs up Finding The Best Weather Man O Man?

I think we should make Dennis (Hook In Finger HIF) our official weatherman. He has a front row seat, so he can even give us the wave height.

Now there is a job I wouldn't want.

If I gave a report and things changed for the worse by the time some guys launched at Crab Creek, they would be gunnning for me.

They would be wanting to give me a serious case of whoop azz.

I would constantly have to wear a ski mask so I would not be recognized.

    Talking Chimes

    Mike,
I have chimes on the North side of my house. So when I wake up at 3:30 AM every morning and hear them clanging I know it will not be a good time to go .

Can't trust weather predictions much anymore.
The chimes tell it all for me.
    Regards
