I got extremely desperate and dug into my freezer and pulled out a loin from last year. Somewhat skeptical I salted, peppered and garliced my loin and seared on a black iron skillet. Sushi inside and a sear on the outside. Wasabi and soy and I was pleasantly surprised. Considering myself a tuna snob, this was a 7 out of 10 on the taste scale. Vacuum packaging is the way to go!! Anyone who does not have a vacuum packager needs to invest. Anway, gotta run....to the toilet (just kidding=well not yet anyway)!!
