Hot Ditch

Would someone be so kind as to give me an approximate location, ie off the Elizabeth River is Portsmouth, of the Hot Ditch. I am giving a talk on Speckled trout and just want to tell the folks that because of water temperature, fish can be caught there year round. I'm not looking for coordinates, or anything of that nature. Just want to know where it is located in Virginia. Thanks.

Where 64 crosses over the Elizabeth river look down.....you will see a HUGE boat yard........that side is where the COVE is and the other side of 64 is the actual HOT DITCH. You are giving a talk on Speck fishing and have never been there??????????????????????????

Dat dare hot ditch is at da high rise bridge of eye 64. In Cheeze a peake. It's called da hot ditch because of the hot water comming from dat dare Va Power Plant over dare. Record Speck Trout been comming out of dare water for years now. Now there is your expert discussion about speck trout! Ya hear me? Any questions? Oh by the way CHADBER I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express dat is why I know! Holiday Inn won't do it you only get dem dare bed bugs at dat place!
