It is with some sadness yet a sense of excitement I write this post. This morning I caught a small weather window and headed south to Smithfield, the new home for my mistress. Deltaville is a wonderful town with many very good people and after spending so much time there and having so many friends which I will miss I have to wonder if I was wise in my decision to move. As I ran south this morning thoughts switched to all the new unexplored places that lay out in front of us. New marinas, hidden coves, new fishing holes and of course new friends to make. I am happy all arrived safely and Four js is all nessled up in her new slip. Lunch at the Station was great. To all in DVL who have fished helped and partied with me Thank You so much for the times spent. Joan and I had a ball. I am sure Four Js will not forget the way back to the old homestead and I will stay in touch. Best of luck fishing this year fair winds and following seas to all!

Jimmy, you will be missed at the old watering hole (Galley) and at West Marine. Look forward to seeing you on the bay.

Jimmy,
it sure has been great fishing with you over the years. Really have had some fun times, especially the River Ox fish fries and F Dock parties!! I'm sure you won't have any trouble meeting new friends in Smithfield, but let's try not to forget to keep in touch. Tell Joan we said hey!!

See ya Jimmy... You and Joan are welcome at the house at any time.

We have had some good times fishing and partying over the years that you have been in Deltaville. I'm really going to miss your floating bar and you too. I guess I'll have to get John to start keeping a bottle of rum on his boat. Keep in touch, you know my number. There is room for you at our place anytime you want to come back to Deltaville for a weekend.
