    Any Nearshore or inshore headboat reccomends for May? Don't really care whats biting, as long as something is.

    We have a number of head boat Captains in the Virginia Charter Boat Association. Go to Welcome to VCBA. The website is set up by regions. There are head boats on the Northern Neck, the Middle Peninsula, the Lower Peninsula, and Tidewater (Norfolk/VB).
