I had the distinct honor of fishing with Peggy Magee, the Clerk of the Circuit Court Of Prince George's County, at Schoolhouse Pond this afternoon. She was one of the many who enjoyed the wonderful weather this afternoon at the fishing pier. The bite was slow during the heat of the day, but it picked up as the sun lowered.

There were trout to be had on powerbait, the preference being mixed colors rather than solid colors. Crappie, Bass, Catfish, Bluegills, a painted turtle, and even an eel were landed by those fishing from the pond pier this evening.
