    Who would a Non NC resident write to voice their concern? Maybe the NC Dept of Tourism? As I am sure everyone knows, the current laws impact a lot of folks who don't vote in NC but do spend a lot of cash there. Just wondering is enough tourist wrote in would their voice be heard with NC legislators?
