report 5/7

[usual suspects]

if you want to call it a report.... An all TF crew for some closer in seabass and flounder. Worked our way out to the triangles, first 3 spots produced about 6 keeper fish and a decent cod(about 30")fishing was slow and this Tog closure killed plan"B". make our way to the triangles, hit 5 wrecks out there and get slim pickings with about 6 keepers. Tommy got the big fish going about 4 pounds.

I've hit 4 or 5 wrecks before to make some decent meat in the box, but never 8. Tough fishing for sure.It did narrow down where I'll be fishing next though, LOL.

The wind picked up on the way in so some got a little wet, we'll blame Tober for that, if he's on the boat the wind will pick up and soak someone...J/K. Toby. Had great crew with a positive attitude. covered 120 miles and the marina just went to 4.03 a gal. $320.00 to fun fish yesterday....this fishing stuff is getting pretty expensive.

Thanks for jumping on guys....I found out some of those spots got hit hard before we arrived.

Atleast you got some fish and you got to fish!!! Even though sounds like it came at a pretty penny!!Well good job on the fish and thanks for the report!!

Wait until Memorial weekend...I'm sure they are going to break it off in us!

I've made up my mind I'm saving my money and my Albe is going to sit in the driveway until something is really going on.

It's starting to look like that May-Craft skiff I bought is going to pay for itself quick

YEP its all my fault!
I make the wind blow, current to rip, the fish not to bite, the sun too hot, the rain to fall and the beer warm, ok blame it on me i can take it. So when do you want to do it again?

I made the same trip a couple days ago. We must have hit up 6 or 8 wrecks before we did anything. Crazy!
