Spent the last few days taking a "whipping" in the "TOWER" but it was worth it.
All Cobias were caught sight casting in 4 to 20 feet of gin clear 71 to 73 degree water.
We were casting 2 to 4 oz. bucktails.
Spanish Mackeral were caught trolling while looking for the Cobias. We used #1 and #2 planers ,2 and 4 oz. weights and #1 and #00 Clark Spoons and 50 pound mono leaders .
The bottomfish were caught using Squid strips and we were in 150 to 200 feet of water

Here's another release.......don't say that we never try them back!!

We released this 33 1/2 inchlittle fella in the creek for good karma May 30

Here's 3 outta 4 we caught with one 51 pound "citation" May 30

Their not Cobias...but they taste good!!! May 31

These ain't Cobias either May 31

No Cobias today ...but plenty of these Macks June 2

    38 pounder June 3

    81 pounder! June 3

    41 pounder

    81 & 41 pound "Citations" June 3

    RACK-O MEAT!!!!
    Here's 10 outta 13 we caught today....released 3 20 pounders
6 "CITATIONS" 87,72,67,53,47 and 45 pounders......yes there's about 500 pounds of dead Cobias hanging there
And yes it was chopped up and and handed out to the 40 employees of the man who charterd the boat....plus sponsering a fish fry for the local Little League team his son plays on.......so please save the whine for the "cheese"
