Self Introduction

I've been reading this board on/off for several months so I thought I would introduce myself. I'm 30 years old, live in Richmond, VA and Im a Carolina Native. I am a avid blue water meat fisherman. I learned to catch wahoo by high speed trolling from some of the best in the Bahamas. I've been fishing offshore for 20 years. I have'nt been able to fish as much as I'd like the past couple of years because I've been working hard to build my business. Now, that things are more established ,I'm interested in fishing more and possibly considering buying a boat. I love to fish during the week when its less fishing pressure and I have that flexibility. Anyone in or around Richmond want to talk fishing shoot me an email.

I'm President of a Fishing club here in the Richmond area. We have about 70 members (about 40 are active). Good mix of inshore and offshore fisherman. If you'd like to come check us out some time, let me know. We meet the first Monday of every month down in Chester. July's meeting is the second Monday due to the holiday weekend.

Welcome! I live even farther north in Woodbridge, Va. We try to make it down at least 2 times a month, sometimes more. Right now i'm out of commission til probably the end of the month due to engine problems, but once i'm back up again i'll probably be seeking out some willing Ho's. I guess by then diesel will be over $5/gallon if not more! Could definitely use the experience offshore, still a rookie.
