No, I couldn't. Too much damage. I just ordered up a long block from Cummins Chesapeake & swaped out the exterior stuff. We did it last weekend 7-8th in Wanchese. The old/ (only 600 hrs) block went back for the core. Actually, it was a pretty easy job except we picked a 100 degree direct sun weekend with the thick smoke to add in for stripping down the old & switching over to the new which about killed Bert, Joey, my brother (John) & I. Next time I do a Wanchese wrench fest I hope it will be in the winter.

I brought it back up the sound last Mon morning & then finished up the small stuff & the electronics this past Fri. Yeah it was a super fast turnaround. Tod & Teresa @ Broad Creek couldn't believe we were out of there in 2 weekends.

Anyways, thanks again to everyone who made this possible. You all are AWESOME FRIENDS
I just got back last night and I'm already planning the next adventure.

Only the truly ate up understand the maddness.

    Bill.

Big Eye's Rule....... we all kept an eye on you and we decided you must be fightin' an EYE..... glad you got that pig . I thought about calling you but couldn't remember your boat name. We saw a big Blue chasing a chicken Dolphin around in circles and leaping clear out of the water for a good 3-4 minutes and even had a chance to get the spread all around her but she couldn't take her eye off that chicken.......... 15 minutes later a charter hooked and landed a blue in the same area...... that was a cool scene.
