Can anyone direct me to the requirements for temporary (seasonal) docks on private land for Cecil County, Maryland. Is it County Code, State Code or MDNR codes and regulations that must be followed?

Any advice about anchoring for a light weight floating dock in the Sassafrass. Some wave action max of 1-2 feet (I hope).
