    Default 17' Whaler needing TLC

    I'm thinking of picking up this whaler as a project and am looking for direction on research I should be doing and what to expect if I get into it.

    The owner took out the floor and drilled some drain holes in the hull. It is dry now.

    I'll probalby put a tiller on the back and keep an open layout.

    In your experience what is my worst case and best case as far as work to be done, cost, and time. I'd have until the spring to get her wet.
