Rudee Inlet Full day Head boat Sat 9/13

Went out on the full day headboat trip out of Rudee Inlet (8:00-5:00) yesterday, Saturday 9/13. Headed out to the Triangle Wrecks looking for some sea bass and flounder. Plenty of small sea bass caught onboard along with a smattering of larger ones. The only keeper sea bass I caught happened to be a 5lb citation. I guess if you're going to take one home, make it count. I also caught three short flounder and loads of short sea bass. Plenty of other short flounder caught onboard as well as a few keepers. A few rays and quite a few big eels were also caught. The pool fish was a 5 1/2 lb flounder that edged out my sea bass...

Good boat. Nice and clean, very friendly mates that were very helpful to the kids that were onboard. Plenty of bait for all, squid, fresh mullet and fresh menhaden.
