Default Bodkin Creek - Crabs Not so Good

Tried a couple of areas in Bodkin Creek over the last few days...Not having too much luck....

The one piece of good and bad news was that the number of females we caught was amazing....We caught about 18 to 20 crabs on Sunday 16 of which were females...Good for all of us...Not so good for me today !

Also DNR was out looking around...Seemed to stop anyone and everyone that appeared to be crabbing...Did the check of the crabs for females and look over all of the normal items as well...Be careful and follow the rules...Just not worh the fine...

Fishing was good however, plenty of spot, perch, and croaker to be caught....Looking to catch one of those big cats that has been eating near the mouth of the creek over the last few days..Sould be fun on light tackle...

Got a few pots off the peir and only catching 1 to 2 crabs a day
Last week was a little better but I think the crabs are headed for deeper water.
Want to see what BIG Catfish look like and where to catch them come to the October 13th
