Anyplace in Hampton Roads that has alot of blanks on hand? Im looking for prefferably a seeker or the equivilent to build a deepdrop rod off of. Im kind of hesitant to order one from mudhole just because I cant physically put my hands on it. Im not stuck on the seeker, but its what my buddy has and its held up ecseptionally(sp) well considering the abuse he's put it though. I dont want a true graphite 'cuz after you shatter one, you get gun shy about doing it again.

my main specs are 6 to 6'4, it will be used with a slickbutt, regular turbo style guides, and capabile of 30oz of lead all day log without being overloaded. Ill be fishing a Torium 30 and 80 powerpro on it.

try bishops in yorktown i know they have blanks there and i think they have seeker rods also.

Yep, John has a boatload of blanks. You can also take a ride up 64 to Providence Forge and visit FishSticks4u. Just call them ahead of time to make sure someone will be there. They have blanks as well as everything else, and they're great guys that will take care of you.
