    Need to find a school in the hampton area.

    go online, the nearest classes that i know of are up in baltimore. i did mine in san diego and had to drive up to LA to take my test and classes. so its a bitch.

    Chesapeake Marine Training Institute in Hayes (Gloucester). Classes, test, everything done on site, and they put together and mail the package to Baltimore for you. Top-notch bunch of folks

    I've also heard that Tidewater Comm. College has a course but don't know much about it.
