    Question Basic boat wiring diagram

I've done a little searching on the internet and havent found too much .....would anybody have, or could suggest a basic wiring diagram for your average small boat??? I have a basic understanding, I just need to look at what other guys are doing to maybe simplify and clean-up what I'm trying to do. Thanks for any info.

I have a 2006 19CC Trophy. If you go to the Trophy web site and download a manual, there is a wiring diagraham in the back of the manual.
I don't know what type of wiring your looking for but this would be an example. Hope this helps

There is a wiring color code for boats and Boater's World sells colored wire by the foot.

Biggest thing is to be sure the wiring is sized right and fused properly.Using tinned wire helps alot and be sure to use marine grade connections.Expensive but well worth it in the long run.

Try to find the book- "12 volt bible" - or something along that line.It shows alot of good tricks and troubleshooting.

90% of 12 volt trouble will be a bad/dirty ground wire.
What could be more mundane than dying of old age or of natural causes when there is death by misadventure to be pursued ? Skip
