The fish weather site has been more accurate than the noaa forcast in my opinion. I should have used that one for today.

Fishweather if far superior to windguru. Windguru only gives 2 locations for all of Virginia and only 2 models (GFS and NAM). Fishweather gives you an almost unlimited locations with all 5 models (GFS, NAM, WFS, WRAMS, and CMC). But just keep in mind they are all only models with no human forecasters trying to interprit the wide variations between the different models. Windguru does try to give you wave height and period (which are important) but also understand windguru comes from the land locked nation of the Czech Replublic which always amazes me that they would be interested in ocean winds.
