Don't trash those geese you shot! They are easy to cook and good. Try this recipe from this site:
Crock pot
2 goose breast
1 - 2 cans of french onion soup
1 - 2 cans beef broth
1 - 2 cans of cream of mushroom, potato and/or celery
any combination of the above- just make sure the goose meat is covered
little pepper - maybe some garlic - maybe some onions - your call
cook on low
serve over egg-noodles - the gravy from the soup is excellent and the meat will come apart like pulled pork
you can also marinate, slice thin and quick grill
