    Default Oyster Roast

    Any body know if the GBFA in still having one at the Locks off Battlefield Blvd. or not this
    Saturday afternoon or has it been cancelled due to weather??????

    Should still be on. We didn't cancel it last year due to a little rain.

    The Oyster Roast is on -- rain or shine. We have a crew that will be getting down to the park at 9:30 to set up tarps and shelters to keep us dry. Lots of food all ready to go. Dress warm and come hungry. Starts at 11am.

    I launched the Wahoo there yesterday ....man O man the water was so high the entire dock was under water 2 feet .....the wind blew in there and filled the inlet to the brim !

    Had a good time. It was nice to see a lot of fisherman that I have not seen in a while and to meet new ones.
