You Fla. guys have it made, but we in the Va./N.C. waters have
got something you don`t this time of year, 25-30lb. average strippers, and alot of them, but we get a cold a-- to go with it. So
I guess we are also lucky to have what we got. Just a thread to stir up some comments from fellow TF`ers in Fla.

capt. skid,
i couldn't agree with you more. our florida strippers usually go around 125-130 lbs. however, depending on where you go, they can get MUCH larger. fortunately, most floridians practice catch and release.
great reply blockhead!
Capt skid sounds like a typical va redneck, "coolers full" and all that. Just giving us fisherman up here a bad name
you can have the strippers......I'll take the Snook and Tarpon and that spring kingfish run is coming soon....[tongue]

typical va redneck, huh. I think we prefer the term shorebilly
I sure had the wrong idea of you Fla. boys.. I forgot that you
don't have to look for fish, they just swim right up to ya. Just think it took a fellow TF'er from eastern shore to tell you what to
call us, so lets get it right next time..
