OK. I have a new female friend and she absolutely loves seafood. She is having a new house built and I am cooking for her first dinner there. I wanna make flounder stuffed with crab. I have never cooked it and wanna make sure it is awesome. So I am asking for help from the other cooks on Tidalfish. Hook me up with some tips. I am also grilling bacon wrapped scallops and roasted veggies.

Get a fillet w skin on cut fillet down the middle without cuttin skin angle knife between meat and skin and make a pocket chop a vidalia onion and clove of garlic real fine add to crab 1/4 teaspoon of old bay . Rub olive oil into pocket of flounder fillet add mixture and bake for twenty min depending on size of fillet then put a slice of swiss cheese or two on top broil until golden bubbly sprinkle a little more old bay on top crack a ice cold beer and enjoy.
