How to track with SPOT

Well I took advantage of the free SPOT promotion a few months back now how do I use teh tracking feature. It is part of my account but how to do it

do you have to hit OK periodically thru trip or just hit it once and forget it ??

If you have the tracking function subscription then you just hit OK if you do not have the sub to tracking then each time you hit OK it sends one point to the map and you have to keep hitting the OK button
