Stripped of my dignity and pride Civil rights

THIS IS AN INCIDENT AT MY RESIDENCE AT 285 FAMRS RIDGE ROAD FRONT ROYAL VA ON MAY 1ST APPROX 10PM

An incident of mistaken identity by the Front Royal Swat and Local Sherrifs office has Left me with potintial torn Rotator Cuff and partial tendonitis ..I would like to persue Filing a Formal complaint against Officer Jason Doe who repeatedly during the Paragraghs Used Foul and uncalled Language directed to only me and no one else.. all other officers acted with the upmost professionalism

It all Started when a Local Nieghbor Randy \ once again was of His Medication for BI-POLAR disorder ... On Thursday Night Apr 30th He got into an argument with his Spouse Kelly over a Purchase of an 18 wheel vehicle , He lost control and chased her to the nieghbor to the right of his home Pat and Lou ... She pounded on the door and they let her in , minutes Later Randy came Pounding with a Loaded Shotgun in his hands demanding she come outside , Pat the Husband told Randy to take the gun home now or he would call the Police , Randy turned and ran back to his House , Kelly called her Daughter Whitney to come get her and pat Drove her to the Store so they could met. I was Out of town and had no idea what was happenning. On May 1st I came home with my two Younger Children Chase and Savannah ages 11 and 12 1/2 ... At about 9:15 I got a cal from Kelly who was concerend about Randy and she also was feeding My Cats while I was away. We talked for a bit and I told her I would go down and Check on him to make sure he was ok.. He is a Friend and I was concerend too. At Approx 10PM I told My Son I would be back in a few minutes my Daughter was Asleep already... So I left and started walking down the road and noticed a Shadow in Randy's yard moving around and I yelled out Randy Are you Ok? He Paces back and forth all the time due to the BI-POLAR disorder , well that's when all Hell Broke lose ...I hear get Down on the Fn' ground, I yell Back Randy Its Jay it's Just Jay and again I hear Get on the F n" ground Now. At first I thought is was Randy I thought he actually had lost it and was going to run back to the house but I noticed several lights then and put 2 and 2 together real quick, as the lights approached again I hear get down on the f n" ground I won's tell you again.
No officer Identified himself at any point as the law Enforcement just to get down...
So I do what they ask and an Officer by the Name of Jason Doe begins to verbally asualt me with F word over and over and over...I told them who I was when they asked me to get down and I got I don't give a f" who you are what the f" are you f"doing out here... I state I was Randy's friend and that his wife had called with concern and that I was cominig down to check on him... THEY THOUGHT I WAS HIM As soon as I say I was a Buddy Officer Doe insist I am harboring him in my home. mined you I have 12-15 assault rifles and shotguns pointed right at me.
Where the F" is he officer Doe says , I don't know , I said where the f"is he , Is He in your Home , No I answered, you know where he is where the f" HE IS.. I DO NOT KNOW
So the cops Handcuff me and By doing so I feel this Burninig in my Arm instantly
but have no choice but shut up cause now he's saying shut your fN" mouth.
WIthin a few minutes they realize I am Not Randy and I am telling the truth , They Search me and Stand me up and the Whole time Officer Doe was in My face making accusations that I know where he is... The I am Uncuffed and told the following, You go back to your fn"house and don't you fN"come out till we fN' come and fN" get you , and we will be up shortly... I had 2 beers before I left to Randy's and had another UN-OPENNED beer in my hand and Snidley he remmarks Your a parent and you should not be FN' Drinking If Your Kids are at you home What kind of parent are you and Laughs ...I race home and My son says " Dad your as White as a Ghost are you ok?
25-30 minutes after I race home I see movement outside and realize they are coming, I am scared shytless cause this is a cop with no boundries.. I was surprised no other officer tried to calm him down .. ANyway I see they are lurking in the yard Guns drawn looking and peering in the windows , They actually think he's in my house... Which further Scares me.. I get a Knock and in his demmanding voice wants to search my home. For a Split second I think about asking for a Search Warrant but with my kids and this Off the Chain Cop I feel UNSAFE I had no other answer but sure go ahead.. He better not fn"be here says the Officer Poe and the start down the hallway and I tell them My kids are in the fist room on the right so they enter my kids room with Guns Drawn, My Kids room in my home ... My daughter is ASleep but my Youngest Chase see's the Whole thing.
I just think if he jumps up Scared would I be Mourning Now... It was High intensity I felt belittled and left feeling like no more than a Convicted felon.. Do you have a Basement , Yes Where Is it I
tell them after about 20 minutes in my home the Inocent victim they are done and begin to leave , Officer Poe's remark well looks like you walked into a F Up situation, I just can't wait for them to leave...

Later they Apprehended Randy in his own home Asleep on the couch , They called him on the phone and told him to surrender and come outside which he did Stark Naked.... why did they not enter his home first .... I was the criminal at that point that's why ..

I am left in Shock , Hurting and Pissed ... On Saturday afternoon I decide to go and talk with someone at the Sherrifs Office , I talk with Officer Petty , discussed it with him and let him know that I was hurt and felt It was unjustifued what had happened. He took pictures Of my arm ,
and Back where I had road rash from being turned over in the gravel road. No formal apology was ever givin by Officer Doe... No reason for any other Law Enforcement officer to apologize as they acted Proffessionally the entire time... I told Officer Petty that I am thinking about filing a formal Complaint against Officer Doe but wanted to find out what the extent of the Damage was to my shoulder and elbow. Yesterday May 4th I went to my Physician who stated it was most likely a rotator issue and reffered me to a Specialist .. Today May 5th I went to the Bone and Joint Specialist Of Winchester ... My Doctor Kelly seems to thing I have possibly torn my Rotator cuff and partial damage to my Left Elbow as well.. Both are Killing me .. I was perscribed an anti inflamitory and pain Pills... She suggest an MRI but My Insurance requires an 8 day wait with certain exercises before letting me get an MRI. She thinks It Most likely a Partial tear and that it will take up to 6 months for it to heal completly ...... All this because I decided to to check on a Friend...


Here's the Kicker Officer Doe treated me like a Convict the entire time I was in his presence with total dis-reguard to any rights I have. I only agreed to let them search my house becuase of my kids and fear of what he would do If I said No...

Randy was in his Home the whole time but they searched mine before entering his home ...or calling him out. Why?

I was Told By Officer Petty they had Secured the Homes below Randy's but had not made it as far as mine., My Nieghbor Shawn Who lives between Randy and I says thats wrong becuase he had a Pit fire in the Back and they came and told him to put it out Approx 8:30 or so , would not tell him why just go in the house.... I live 50 paces from thier front door and No one ever came and let me know to stay inside my house which I would have Complied with fully... for an hour and a half they did not come let me know and let me walk right into a potential life threatening situation where the Law Enforcement see's an individual walking down the Dark road to Randy's Home , They let me walk right into it. Why did they not knock on my door as they did everyone else's .... I at the moment cannot lift anything with my Left arm and I am a Computer engineer for HP for 24 years with No criminal record whatsoever.... My Dr wants me to take time off which I can't due to the current Industry I have to work and support 911 Corporations... go figure

When they entered my home and then entered my childrens room with guns drawn they stepped way over the line as far as I am concerned and to have such an officer act the way he did and so Unprofessional and the verbage uses I can only hope he was not the officer in charge ...
If he is then I fear the next time this happens ... Randy was held for less than 24 hours by the Sherrifs Dept then evaluated by Northwestern Mental facilitiy and was home by SUnday morning,
I have 6 -8 months of possible rehab and bills that will mount because of the misfortune of being a Victim of Mistaken Identity .... I talked with Kelly Randy's wife and she Officer Doe was just as arrogant to her stating it was ALL her fault this all happened cause she left... She left with a SHotgun pointing at her.... He needs to be released from his duties before he fatally harms someone....

not more than a month ago Randy Chase another Nieghbor up the road pissed off she was driving to fast , He said if you don't slow down I will kill you , she states I will call the cops and he said good i'll just kick you ass till they show up.. She called her Husband at work and they called the cops who for some reason would not come .... Again WHy? apparently Her word against his clause

Shawn Next store heard when they apprehended me and he is pissed about what the cop said....

I have no place by my Fellow TF's and what ever you think i can do ,lawyers are declining and I got bills mounting

They were called because Randy was discharging a weapon in his back yard... The Nieghbors who his wife ran to are the ones who called out of fear .. They have a 2 year old that always looks out the window...

Thats it I'm Hurt , He's Home and the Officer continues on....

Hopefully you will heal quickly, they will fire the SOB and pay for all your medical bills.

Either way just in case, you need to document everything very carefully. Time lost from work, miles driven, doctor & RX bills, etc. You should also contact a lawyer that is not afraid to take on your case. Maybe one from out of town would be best.

I concur my motor that could be used for fishing and was a good deal got yanked off and so should other non fishing related stuff. I have no problem with people trying to find a home for fishing stuff but this personal Days of our Lives saga stuff needs to stop.

Sorry you guys have issues but remember this is a fishing website. I have issues too but don't air them out on a fishing message board.

And when you sue the pants off the police force and win, please remember me as a willing ho on your new boat...I would then contact Channel 7 News, make as large a splash as possible. No worries about legal cost, ACLU works on your behalf, and Ch. 7 loves Dirty laundry.

When I put my post on the internet the other day, it wasnt to run my legal issues on the internet. If I didnt do it, someone else would have. The last time things got carried away to the point that people were kicked off this website and lawsuits were threatened. I was trying to stop that from happening again. Take out the phone book and call the biggest SOB lawyer with the sheister-est ad. Write down everything. File complaints with the PD. Look for witnesses. Give it a year and retire comfortably.
