OT Looking for some help from fellow Tidal Fishers

As some of you know I have been out of work since Febuary. I am very interested in relocating to the Tidewater region of Virginia. I have an extensive background in electronics, as well as mechanical and vacuum systems. I have tried to get in with several military contractors but have had no responses. If anyone out there has some recommendations of companies I could contact in the area I would really appreciate it.
